What the bilty number is in VahanBooks
A number on the trip, not a second product
The trip can store an LR or bilty number next to the party, route, vehicle and freight. That field is a reference your office already uses. It is not, by itself, the printable lorry receipt.
The printable document is the LR
When a party or godown wants the consignment note, create the LR/Bilty PDF from the trip. LR PDFs are included from Basic. The LR list can be searched by LR number, trip number, vehicle, consignor, consignee, driver, origin and destination.
Trip search does not look up the bilty number
The trip list search matches trip number, vehicle number, party, from city, to city and driver. It does not match the bilty number. Open the trip, or search the LR list, when someone quotes a consignment number.
Share the document you actually created
Manual WhatsApp sharing is available on every public plan. Share the LR PDF or the trip details you have. VahanBooks does not send the bilty by itself.

Is a bilty number the same as an LR PDF?
No. The trip stores a bilty or LR number as a reference. The LR/Bilty PDF is a separate document with its own draft, finalised and void states.
Can I find a trip by typing the bilty number in trip search?
Not in the trip list. That search uses trip number, vehicle, party, cities and driver. The LR list search does include the LR number.
Which plan includes the LR PDF?
LR/Bilty PDFs are included from Basic. Starter Free can still store trip work that its limits allow, without the LR PDF.
