What driver details can I store?
A driver record stores the name, phone, an optional alternate number, licence number, join date, assigned vehicle, pay type and notes. It does not store Aadhaar or a licence expiry date.
Will the app remind me about licence expiry?
No. The driver record has no licence expiry date, so there is no driver-licence reminder. Vehicle document reminders cover insurance, fitness, permit and PUC. Automated WhatsApp starts on Pro. Document expiry alerts are an Enterprise entitlement.
How are driver advances and deductions tracked?
Driver khata records advances, trip expenses, batta and settlement. Salary payroll is a separate register from Pro and does not replace that trip settlement.
Can drivers see their own account?
A linked driver login, included from Pro, can open that driver's trips and advances. It is not the owner account.
Can I run reports on driver performance?
